Popcorn is
one of the most liked things for people among world, it’s these white pieces of
heated corn that is characterized by its delicious taste specially when
watching TV or sitting with friends.
Popcorn is
very useful for man’s health specially if it got fried with small amounts of
oil and with small amounts of salt.
The steps of
making popcorn at home:
Ingredients:
- four big
tablespoons of popcorn.
- two big
tablespoons of frying oil.
- some food
salt.
Way of
preparing:
- put oil in
a pot and put it on fire.
- add corn
and salt to hot oil and stir smoothly.
- cover the
pot and leave it on calm fire till the corn turns into popcorn.
- finally
turn off the fire and serve it in dishes.
Making Popcorn
with Caramel:
Ingredients:
- three big
tablespoons of corn oil.
- half cup
of corn.
- four
teaspoons of salt.
- three cups
of soft sugar.
- one cup of
water.
- three
tablespoons of butter.
Way of preparing:
- bring big tray and put oil and butter in it and leave it.
- bring two big plastic spoons and put some oil on them.
- you will prepare the Caramel through putting the sugar, water, butter
and salt in a pot and stir them until the butter melts.
- leave the caramel on medium fire for about 20 minutes till its color
become golden.
- pour the caramel over the corn directly and stir them with the plastic
spoons till the caramel covers all the corn.
- put the caramel in the tray.
